Direct advocacy with repair facilities on your behalf.
$250You should book this service if you:
- Have already performed an Automotive Repair Consultation with me over-the-phone or via video conferencing.
- Would like me to personally contact the repair facility on your behalf and have informed them, in writing/email, that I am permitted to advocate for your account.
My service:
- I will contact the repair facility directly to determine their side of the story.
- I will then use my expertise to evaluate their response and advocate for you based on the information you provided during the consultation.
- Depending on the results of my investigation, I may also contact the manufacturer or corporate office of the repair facility, on your behalf, to escalate your concern.
⚠️ This may require your participation in a 3-way phone call to verify the account and permit me to advocate on your behalf.
- I will keep detailed documentation (text, email, phone calls) of any and all interaction with the repair facility.
- I will follow-up in regular intervals as determined by your particular situation.
