Who is Auto Advocate?

My name is David Brooks and I've worked in the automotive industry for almost 15 years. During my time as a service advisor and manager, I've seen countless customers become overwhelmed by the car buying and repairing process. The lack of expert knowledge prevents them from getting the best deals or treatment and that can sometimes lead to dishonest sales or service departments trying to take advantage. Everything from hidden fees, unnecessary repairs, high pressure tactics, unexplained terms — I've seen it all.

That's why I created Auto Advocate. I'm the knowledgeable friend everyone deserves — someone who understands the industry, speaks the language, and fights for your best interests. I've been helping my friends and family successfully navigate the automotive industry and now I'd like to help you!
