• I will perform a 30 minute, over-the-phone consultation with you in regards to your automotive repair situation.
• I will then use my expertise to provide best practices as to how to handle your situation.
• Depending on our conversation, I will recommend upgrading your consultation to me personally, directly leading an investigation into your situation.
